If you want to send the log files vie Gmail account then used the SMTP server address for Gmail is smtp.gmail.com.
The second sub option is “User Name” here typed your email address and in next option enters your email password then at least put the port number.

FTP Feature:
Through FTP email sending feature you can send all log files in your specified FTP email address and see which applications and websites are used by other users when you’re away. It uploads all log files through FTP server and sends every log file on your specified FTP email address automatically. Following are the simple steps to use this feature in a right manner.
- Click on “FTP Button” then a window is open in which the first option is “Log file Settings” in this option you find three sub options “click to set FTP settings to upload”, “Do not send” and “Within Every”. For set FTP setting check first sub option (“click to set FTP settings to upload”) , if you don’t want to send the email automatically then check this (“Do not send”) second sub option and if you want to set the timing of sending log files automatically then you can easily set it with the help of this (“Within Every”) sub option.
For Example:
If you want to receive the log files via FTP E mail after very two and half hour then simply select the timing in Hours and Minutes options respectively 2 and 30.
- The second option is “Send Log File Through E-mail” in this option, you find the first sub option which is “Select/Unselect All” if you want to send the all log files and see all clipboard screenshot Web URL textual USB/Turn off/on microphone activity then check this option otherwise check only that activity option which you want to send.

Settings Button Feature:
Through this feature you can hide this application tool form all options like star menu, desktop, control panel, windows startup and even from talk manager no one can find it from any process. It works like a spy agent because it is hidden from all options through which any other user can find it. Not even this but you can also monitor each and every activity of all users. The process is very easy and simple, some steps are as follows.
Click on “Settings Button” then a window is open in which you find following options.
- The first is “Remove Entry from Control Panel -> Add Remove Program” if you want to remove the entry of Sanmaxi PC manager form control panel (means if you don’t want to display it on the control panel) then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Second is “Run Application at Windows Startup” if you want to run this spy tool automatically at Windows Startup then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Third is “Remove Entry from Start Menu” if you want to remove the entry of this utility from the Start Menu then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Fourth is “Hide Destination Folder” if you want to hide this software form destination folder then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Fifth is “Click to Activate for All Users” if you want to capture and monitor the all system activities every user then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it. If this option is unchecked then software records the system activity of only that user on which you have installed it.

Security Button Feature:
Through security option you can easily change the password of the software easily and block or unblock the CDROM drive not even this but you can also set the timing of capturing screenshots, through this feature you can also capture the screenshot on every mouse or keyboard click and increase or decrease the picture quality of screenshots according to your requirements. Few steps are as follows
- Click on “Security Button” then a window is open in which the first option is “password settings” in option you find a “change Password Button” when you click this button then a small window is open in which you find three option “Current Password”, “New Password” and “Confirm Password”. In current password option enter your existing password then in new password option enter new password which you want to change and in last option confirm your new password. Finally click on “Ok” Button.
- The second option is “Run Program For Start->Run” in which you find a sub option i.e. “Start by Typing a Word” and a column in which find a word HALT by default you can easily change this word according to your need.
- The third option is “Set Hot Key to Run Hide Program” in which you find four sub option first three is (Ctrl, ALT and Shift) for check or uncheck hotkeys and the last one is for selecting any character or word which is already given in that sub option.
- A fourth option is “Screenshot Settings” in which you find a sub option i.e. “Mouse/KB Event Enable” if you want to capture the screenshot on every mouse click then check this option otherwise there is no need it check it and you can also set the timing of capturing screenshot by changing the time “Even Timer” if you want to capture the screenshot at every 10minute and 30 second then just set it in Minute and Second options.
- Fifth option is “Block CDROM Drive” in which you find two buttons “Lock Drive” and “Unlock Drive” if you want to lock the CDROM drive then click on lock drive button or if you want to unblock the CDROM drive then click on the unblock CDROM drive button.
- Sixth option is “Lock USB Drive” if you want to lock the USB Drive then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Seventh option is “Enable Sound Recording” if you want to record the sound then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Eight options is “Enable to Text Filter” if you want to filter the text whatever user typed then check this option otherwise there is no need to check it.
- Ninth option is “Picture Quality” if you want to increase or decrease the picture quality of screenshots then move here and there after click on the Button.
For Example:
If you want to increase the picture quality of screenshot up to 50% then click on the button and move it in your right side when it 50% is shown then stop moving it.
After any modification don’t forget to click on “Ok” Button.
Play Feature:
Through “Play” option you see the slid show of all captured screenshots as you want to see and also set the timing of the slides show it shows you the each and every screenshot with user name date and time. Following are the few steps through which you can handle it in a right manner.
- Click on “Play” then you see the slid show of all captured screenshots is begun, in the bottom portion you see some sub options like Play, Stop, Pree, Next, First, Last, Speed, Slid Bar, and Exit.
- Through Stop Button you can stop the slid show
- Through Pre Button you can see the earlier screenshot
- Through Next Button you can see the next screenshot
- Through First Button you can see the first captured screenshot
- Through Last Button you can see the last screenshot which taken by the software
- Through Seed Button you can manage the speed of the slides show according to your requirements
For Example: If you want to see slid show at the speed of 5 second par screenshot then selects 5 in Speed column.
- Through Slid Bar Button you can see any screenshot instantly which you want to see, just moving the solid bar here and there
- At last Exit Button through which can exit from the slid show.
Uninstall Feature:
Through “Uninstall” option you can easily uninstall the software instantly. The process of using Uninstall button is very easy.
- When you click on “Button Uninstall” then a window is open in which you see a message “Are You Sure To Uninstall The Sanmaxi PC Manager” and in the bottom side of this message you see two options first is Uninstall and second is Exit if you want to uninstall the software then click on the Uninstall Button otherwise click on the Exit Button.
Help Feature:
Through “Help” option you can see the user manual of the software. The Process is very simple.
Process: When you click on “Help Button” you can see a window is open, on the left side of this window you see Option “Welcome”, when you click on the + option which is very nearby welcome option and the user’s manual options is open. On the other side in the middle bottom you find an arrow symbol if you want to see the user’s manual then click on click on that arrow button.
View Feature:
Through “View Button” you can easily view all detail of web Text, visual, clipboard, USB/Sys, Mic with user name date and time date wise or full log (full log means if you select the full log option which is given in the right side of the software then you see the whole report of that selected application till this software is installed in your system) by using left side calendar which shown in the left side of software. The process of using this view button is very simple.
Process: When you click on “View Button” then you see a web section report is open with date time URL and user name, only if the Web option is checked it out already. If you want to see the text report then select or check text option with data and then click on the view button, the textual section report is open in front of you date time and user name. Through this process you can see the all report of visual, clipboard, USB Shays' and Mic, just select any option with date and click on view button the actual report is open with date time and user name immediately.
Report Feature:
Through “Report Button” you can easily make the report of Text, visual, clipboard, USB/Sys, mice at any location with date time user name URL computer start up dates.
Process: Before clicking on “Report Button” please select any one option which is already given like Text, visual, clipboard, USB/Sys or Mic. When you click on “Report Button” with date and select any one option then a window is open through which you can save specified report at any location for future use with all essential details.
Deletion Feature:
Through “Delete Button” you can easily delete any selected option with date which you want to delete.
Process: If you want to delete any report them firstly has to click on a date and select any one option (from Text, visual, clipboard, USB/Sys and Mic) which you want to delete.
For Example:
If you want to delete the recorded report of textual section of 5-6-2011 then firstly select the text option then select data and at last click on delete button (when you click on delete button then massage is shown in small window Are you Sure to delete text: 5-06-2011, if you actually want to delete the textual report of selected date then click on the OK Button otherwise click on Cancel Button) the all textual reports of that selected day is permanently deleted.
Block URLs Feature:
Through this “Block URLs” feature you can easily block or unblock any website or URL which you want. The process is very simple.
- Just enter any website name or URL in “Enter URL or Name of Site” option which you want to block and then click on “block button”, you see the enter URL or Website blocked immediately, If you want to unblock that website or URL then after selecting it click on “Unblock Button”.
Advanced Stop Timer Feature:
Through “Advanced Stop Timer” feature you can stop the software working for selected timing. The process is very simple.
- When you click on the arrow of “Advanced Stop Timer” option you see many options, if you want to Stop the this spy utility for 15 minutes then select the option “Stop For 15 Minutes” after 15 minutes the software automatically running.
